Occupancy
The share of your rooms that are filled. A measure of how busy you are.
ADR — Average Daily Rate
Average revenue per occupied room, per night. A measure of how well each room earns.
RevPAR — Revenue per Available Room
Revenue divided by all available rooms. This combines occupancy and rate into the single best measure of overall performance — watch this one over time.
