When a guest books on your website, the reservation appears instantly under Bookings, with the guest's details, dates, room, and payment status.
Steps
- Open the Bookings page from the sidebar
- Click any booking to see full details
- For PromptPay, confirm the payment once you see it land in your bank app
- The guest receives an automatic confirmation by email or LINE
That's it — no double entry, no spreadsheets. The booking flows through to your calendar, analytics, and TM30 preparation on its own.
