Connecting LINE lets guest messages arrive directly in your dashboard, alongside their booking history.
What you'll need
Three credentials from developers.line.biz: a Channel ID, a Channel Secret, and a long-lived Channel Access Token.
Steps
- Create a Messaging API channel at developers.line.biz
- Copy the Channel ID and Channel Secret
- Issue a long-lived access token
- In Sirina, open Settings → LINE and paste the three values
- Copy the webhook URL Sirina shows you into your LINE channel
- Turn off LINE's auto-reply, so Sirina handles replies
